Who reports today: earnings calendar
The US earnings calendar for S&P 500 companies: dates from company announcements, past dates and times from SEC 8-K filings (companies sometimes move them). Reports are broken down in interactive charts built from press releases and 10-Q filings (SEC EDGAR).
Sectors of the S&P 500
Color scale
How to read the map
Rectangle size is the sector’s share of the S&P 500.
Color is the average revenue growth of the sector’s companies, weighted by index share (revenue growth y/y in the latest report). Red — revenue fell, green — it grew (darker is stronger), light — roughly flat (±1%), hatched — no data.
Constituents and GICS sectors: Wikipedia’s list of S&P 500 companies and S&P Dow Jones Indices releases; weights: our estimate from market capitalization (stockanalysis.com). Revenue: company filings with the SEC (XBRL) and our report cards. Tap a tile to open the sector or company; if its name didn’t fit on the tile, we show it with the numbers first. The “Sectors / Companies” switch next to the title shows every stock in the index.
